She looks like the symbol
(Toh). The symbol that we use to describe frozen, cold, and stillness. She lives in this warm forest because she actually dislikes the cold, but she hides in a cave to avoid freezing the environment around her. When she goes out in the rain, the rain drops become snowflakes as they fall around her.
Chionotoh is a Monster of the Eyeric Glyph type.

Appearance
In battle, Chionotoh is a large light blue version of the 
(Toh) glyph. Once her health reaches 50%, she gains 4 light blue wings that begin where her glyph body ends.
In an event, she takes on a zaranoid form. She has dark blue skin with light blue hair. Ice drips from around her eyes, and she wears a Toh glyph around her waist.

Trivia
- During April Fools, her name was changed to Mrs. Freeze.
- During Halloween, her name was changed to Yuki-Onna. This is a reference to a Japanese winter spirit.
- The dream "My Tears Don't Fall, They Freeze Around Me" is a reference to the song Tear's Don't Fall by Bullet For My Valentine.
- The dream "You're as cold as ice" is a reference to the song Cold As Ice by Foreigner.
- As of the v8.18 update, Chionotoh is now the monster to introduce The Towers gamemode to the player.
